New Users
To qualify for a Developer account, one must be involved in the development of ModSAF software, otherwise a
User account should be requested. Click Here to view the contents of the User
and Developer accounts. To obtain a new account to the ModSAF CSA system, one must
complete the following procedures:
- Please click on the Registration Form link and follow the directions, precisely.
- Next, you must either Download or Print the Release Form,
Completely fill out the form and sign, Then send or fax the completed form to:
Notice! Accounts idle for more than 90 days may be purged from the
system.
- Downloading:
To download the release form, position the mouse over the Release Form link,
then hold the right side mouse button to produce a pop up menu. Select Save
this Link as.... Change the (.html) extension to (.txt) in the save dialog box and click on OK to
save the file directly to your hard drive. (You may also produce the save dialog box by holding the
shift key and clicking on the Release Form link.)
- Printing:
To print the form, simply click on the Release Form link.
Then from the File pull down option, select Print. The
HTML formatted CSA Release Form will be printed on your local printer.
The process for receiving access should take one working day from when we receive
your signed Release Form. An email will be sent to notify the activation of the account.
